Shipping and Returns

How long does my order take to ship?

I package all orders myself in my home studio, so please allow up to 7 business days for me to package and get your oder out to be shipped. I use USPS First Class mail (because it’s the cheapest option for you!) and their delivery times vary. Once shipped, it can take anywhere from 2-5 days if you live in the USA, and 10-20 days internationally. The holidays can add a few days.

You’ll receive your tracking information when you place an order, so you can follow it along and count down the days until your Studio Marilyn goodies arrive!

Do you offer international shipping? 

When possible, yes! Some countries aren’t working with the US Postal Service due to staff shortages. When that happens, our next cheapest shipping option is often 3-4x expensive. For that reason, we only ship to countries who are working with the US Postal Service.

Please note: buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible fore delays due to customs.

What is your return policy? 

If for whatever reason your package arrives damaged, shoot me a message through our contact page and I’ll make it right.

I do not typically accept returns for any other reason. If you want to inquire, please send me an email within 14 days of when you placed your order.
